Tijeras, New Mexico

A warehouse we are turning into a research farm lab.

    The build

The research farm lab, mid-build. It is where we will test workflows at a scale that supports micro farms and large operations.

    Why Demeter Mycolabs?

A research lab for growers' workflows

    Built to test at scale

The research farm lab is where we test workflows at a scale that supports micro farms and large operations.

    Where we worked before

For a while we were engineers in defense and high-reliability work. We brought those skills to cultivation: sensors, software, and the steps between inoculation and harvest.

    Workflows other growers can run

The aim is to make a grower's workflow measurable and efficient. Hypha tracks the work. Aeris watches the room. We test both on grows we run ourselves.

The grows are how we learn

Each grow is an experiment: a way to find what breaks, then fold that into the tools other growers use.
